· All About "ME"! (Machine Embroidery)  - Club is a virtual educational event with a knowledgeable educator followed by a demonstration of the various techniques shown on the live webinar.This club is open for all embroidery machine owners regardless of brand.The mission of the club is to learn, share info, and have fun! Dates are as follows: 6/3, No July, 8/5, 9/9, 10/7, 11/4,& 12/2. Usually the first Thursday of each month –the time is 6pm. Cost is $12 per session and includes a CD with handouts. Must pre- register.

 

· "QFL" The Quilter's Football League is back at Life's A Stitch and bigger than ever! Life's A Stitch will allow a "General Service" to receive a QFL discount, but only on Bernina machines for non Life's A Stitch team players.Call if you have any questions.

 

· 1Million Pillowcase Challenge   Life's A Stitch has joined the 2010 1 million pillowcase challenge and needs your help. Every 2nd and 3rd Thurs. afternoon from 4-6pm,we will be making pillow cases for local charities. Just let us know you can help and we'll provide the fabric and even let you use one of the classroom machines if available. This is a national program sponsored by American Patchwork & Quilting along with Bernina, Moda, and others. We are on target to hit our 500 pillowcase goal, but could certainly use your help.

 

  · Bernina Club - Each session has a fun virtual presentation by a Bernina educator exploring new ideas and new techniques. After each show, see demonstration of the various techniques seen on the webinar. Each month there are two sessions – one on Thur.at 6pm and one on Fri.at 2pm.Dates are as follows: 5/20,5/21-6/17,6/18- No July- 8/26,8/27-9/23,9/24-10/28,10/29& 11/18,11/19.. The mission of the club is to learn, share info, and have fun! Cost is $12 per session and includes a CD with handouts. Must pre- register.
